Sandara-3 Says: Hi! you certainly have a very unique style that's non-manga and non-realistic. you'll have to work more on your shading, esp. the hair. there are no highlights in the hair making it look dry and flat. also, doing portraits is good, but you must try other stuff, eg. full body, action, scenery, etc. else you'll be forever stuck doing portraits.

Young's Profile Young Wang Says: Pretty morbid. No body. =^.^= j/k Hmm.. nice pic. I think it's hard to make comments on it as it stands because there's not much to comment on. =} I'm curious why it's at a tilted angle. =} For a portrait, it isn't bad, though, I think because of where the neck 'starts' on the jawline in relation to the angle her head is at, she has a very thick neck. I think if you moved the line for her neck 'down and left', a little, making it thinner, it would look better. I'm afraid to say anything else, if this is a self portrait... it might offend! =}

Maggie Says: Looks to me like you have that halfway point between anime and realistic down quite well! The shape of the face and the eyes are wonderful! They have a very innocent look to them. The hair looks nice too, But I would like you to consider that when drawing out hair, I suggest that you try to accentuate the areas of the hair a little more. ^_^ I know that sounds really wierd, but what I mean is make it a little more distinct where her bangs are and such, I just find it to give a picture a little more character and "flow". The "shiney" (as I like to call it) on the hair looks nice, and right around the part, just as it really should be! ^_^. Overall, I find you picture to be very good, just try out that hair thing and tell me how i works for you ^_^.
