Artist's Comments: Improve. Instead of improving, I would like to know what part is NOT improving, like what is not good, what lacks, etc.
(a little note)
It is good to ask how long someone has been drawing, if you do not wish to over-jam the questions, you could replace it or even merge it with the "artwork level" question.
My thanks.

Kyubi Kitsune Says: First of all, I suggest that you *don't* stop drawing. It shouldn't matter what others say if you feel that drawing is something you want to do. (Or even *like* to do) Bodies are a bit more difficult to draw because they are more organic and shadows fall differently on them. Also, a body is very expressive and can have many dynamic poses.
You have chosen your colors well for this picture. They stand out nicely and reflect the light and shadow on your characters. The variation on your linework is also very nice. ^_^
Best I can say is for you to observe and doodle a lot. I sit on the bus and doodle people's hands, feet, people sitting a short way from me, etc. For more anatomically correct people, borrow some books from the library that have good visuals and short directions. :D Don't give up!

Ryuuzaki Says: Welp, you've got some nice cel-style drawing. But you mainly wanted help with bodies and motion right? So, what I think a pic like this could've been like...
Get some wind in there. =) Blow the hair around. That's what hair is there for. :D Hair is a sign of any movement at all in a drawing, because it moves around so easily. The fact that hair in your pic is just resting there gives it the feeling that nothing's going on. Every picture with some kind of excitement in it has hair going all over the place (unless the subject of the picture is bald or has a buzz cut, in which case there's usually some kind of cloth flying around too).
Also, poses could be improved. I'm guessing you only wanted to do a portrait-style thing, nothing below the shoulders, but I think some sort of level change would make the picture look more dynamic. This would force you to draw the upper body of some of the characters, but it makes the picture a lot more interesting to look at. Right now, everyone's the same height and probably squishing each other in a tight cluster. Spacing them out a bit (move them forward or backward, not left or right) and giving some perspective (making the people on the ends gradually taller or shorter) would help. Nice job, I hope to see you back here with some great dynamic pics. =)

Laine Says: oog , nicee SDs ! nice coloring too :D hm..lesee...for motion and stuff...i would suggest that the facial expressions be varied a little ? and maybe try making them react with each other ? a pic is always more intersting if it tells a story that something is happening in the piccy :D
as for the part on improving...i cant say much on that unless i look at your other works in timeline !
your sense of coloring and shading is really good though...although a few touchups could be done to the hair and faces . as to what can be done , that depends on what style youre going because there arent really any big anatomical mistakes to point out here , just need some touch ups there :D
hope this helps ^^ m(_)m
